| We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Orders are processed upon funds of a money order clearing into our bank account, this can take up to 5 business days, please allow for this time if paying via this method.
Any dishonour fees are payable by you the customer and you will be billed the amount incurred by us- This fee is due within 7 days of it being incurred and MUST be paid. By placing an order with us you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

| Yes! We accept international orders. The shipping method we use is Registered Post International and a signature is required on delivery. You can order with confidence and you will receive the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If your country is not in the list at checkout, please contact us and we will see if we can include your country. Any questions, please contact us. |

| We are not permitted to have orders collected from us by the general public. Only commercial collections (transport companies) are permitted. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please note this policy cannot be broken therefore "urgent" order still cannot be collected by customers. |

We have a very fast turn around time, to cater to our customers busy liftstyles. Orders are processed overnight and are dispatched within 2 business days, however most orders are dispatched the very next business day.
Delivery time is as per the Ausralia Post delivery schedule, which can be seen on the Australia Post website. Postage prices are calculated by the weight of the items purchased.
We ship all orders via Australia Post eParcel. Each parcel is tracked and needs to be signed for on delivery.
The Custom Icing images have a shelf life of a few months, you you can order in advance and be sure you are all organised for your special occasion.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately.
As the product sold on Custom Icing.com.au are customised, refunds are only given as required by the law, replacement or store credit is avilable.
Please note: If we receive a refund request, without prior having heard from you on the day the icing was used, via phone (numbers will be lised on the instruction sheet with the order) or via email, we will not see your request as being handled with due care.
If you rushed and did not read the instructions and you inadvertantly damaged your Custom Icing, we will not be held responsible. Please contact us if you require assistance to avoid your Custom Image being damaged or ruined. The product is very easy to use, please read all instructions. |

Shipping Time -- Orders are processed overnight and are dispatched within 2 business days, however it is usually the very next business day.
Parcels are sent via Australia Post, Registered Parcel Post, Express Post or Australian Air Express. Pricing is from $5.70 Australia Wide.
Please see the Australia Post website for the delivery schedule from postcode 3030.
We use the addesss as it is entered into your order at the time or placing your order, please ensure it is correct as an incorrect address can/will cause delivery delays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Custom Icing.com.au only as an estimate as we cannot be held responsible for items once they are dispatched. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping delays, postal strikes, natural events or any other that may cause mail being delayed. |
